Our High-Rise Products
Vertical stack fan coil units were first introduced into the market by Temspec in 1971. Over the years, we have built a reputation for quality construction, long life, small footprint, quiet operation and easy serviceability.
Applications include hotels, condominiums, apartments, barracks and dormitories both high and low rise. Along with three standard hydronic designs, custom units are available as tandem and as primary/secondary units.
Temspec offers full riser sets and a selection of installation accessories. Component options including EC motors, Merv 13 filters, stainless steel drain pans, condensate pumps, versatile piping and supply orientations and electric heat are available for most units.
The units can be fitted with flush mounted return air panels or Temspec design easy access hinged filter doors. Also available are stand alone thermostats and the factory installation of third party controls and sensors.
